The food quality was not consistent. The lunch options seemed less appealing than breakfast or dinner. I found the selection limited. I also noticed a problem in the bathroom. The shower drain was slow draining. This caused water to pool during showers. It really dampened the experience.

Pleasant Hotel Experience

food selection grilled fish indoor pool

I liked the varied food selection available at the buffet. Fresh grilled fish stood out. the hotel provided three different fish options daily. the outdoor and indoor pools were well-kept, and i appreciated access to the gym next door. the room was larger than i anticipated, a nice surprise after previous stays in this area.

The pool area was quite noisy. It was often crowded with young people drinking and playing ball games. the music from the pool bar played loudly throughout the day. they closed the pool area early at 6 pm which was disappointing.

Rooms

9/10

the room provided english channels on the tv, i found that useful in a german resort. the room was also well equipped and felt nice.

Service

i found the staff at reception and in the restaurant to be very nice. they seemed helpful, a welcome aspect of my visit. their positive attitude contributed positively to my overall stay at the hotel.

Location

8/10

The hotel's location proved convenient. It allowed easy access to many amenities. it's around a 10-12 minute trip from the airport which helps. this helped facilitate quick travel arrangements upon arrival and departure.

Facilities

8/10

The outdoor pool had a bar. Guests could buy different cold drinks. the hotel permitted guests to bring their own food and drinks to the pool. this added flexibility.

I got a prompt room switch from twin to double. It was handled efficiently. the food had good variety. the pool area was a nice size with enough loungers. I never had trouble finding a spot. the staff seemed helpful and available.

The fridge door in my room did not fit properly. It seemed like a small installation fault. i also noticed a wall chippen, which could use some attention. it didn't ruin my stay, but a better attention to detail is needed.

An Acceptable Stay

friendly staff nice snack bar limited lunch noisy room

The staff was very friendly. The location is set back from the busy part of town. I liked this. The pool area has a snack bar where you can get food and drinks! The ladies cleaned my room very well.

My room was quite noisy. You could hear other guests returning late. I had to wait for the lifts during peak times since there were only two. The lunch options were limited. The quality of the ingredients was not good on some items, though.
